How long will the repair take ?

A: It depends on the Make and Model of the Phone. 

-iPhone screens take an average of 45 mins

-Back glass: 2-3 hours.

-iPhone charging ports: 1-2 hours 

-Batteries: 44 minutes 

-Other brands: Anywhere from 30 mins to a couple hours 

How long do motherboard repairs take?

A- Our average turnaround time is 7-10 days .  It can take up to 2 weeks depending on the issue. Ask us about our loaner phones available while we fix your phone. 

Will I lose data ( pictures, contacts, etc.) when you replace a screen or other parts?

A. Most of the time no. Repairs such as screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports are safe .

Does diagnostics cost anything?

A: if you get the repair done through us after diagnosing the phone, the fee is waived.

If you decide not to have it repaired, there’s a $5 diagnostic fee.

How do I become a B2B partner?

A: Fill out the form under the ‘Mail-in’ tabs after clicking business.

Once processed, we will contact you with your business ID number to use with all mail-in repairs.

Do you warranty your work?
A: All screens comes with a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturer defects. ( glitching, no touch, etc.) other parts comes with a 90 day warranty.
Why do you need my passcode?

A: We need to test out all functionalities of the phone before returning it back. No personal data will be viewed or copied.

If you feel uncomfortable, we will repair the issue described but are not responsible for any other issue.

How do I know if the problem is the motherboard or something else?

A: Contact us describing the problem in detail. You can call, text, email, message us on facebook, or fill out a repair request. If we don’t know off the top of our head, we will have to diagnose the issue.

Why are other brands besides Apple more expensive to fix?

A: The parts are more expensive compared to Apple. Also, the repairs their self are more complex and time consuming.

Is it safe to mail my device in?

A: simply stated, Yes. If you are worried, order the signature on arrival option to ensure we received it. Also, ask for insurance to cover your device in the slim chance it is lost.

We recommend to package the device to where people cannot tell what it is by feeling it.
